Shipping Policy

STB Clothing currently offers checkout shipping for the destinations listed below when a rate is available for the weight of your order. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the available method and final charge. We do not currently offer worldwide shipping.

Free shipping to France and the EU

Shipping is free to France and to every European Union country listed below, on eligible orders. You'll see the free option at checkout once you enter your delivery address.

  • France and the United Kingdom.
  • European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
  • Other destinations with configured rates: Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates and United States.

Methods and prices depend on the shipping address, fulfillment location and total package weight. A listed country may have no rate for some carts. If checkout does not show a shipping option, please contact us before placing an order.

Other free-shipping offers

The United Kingdom and our other destinations are charged at the rate shown at checkout. Any additional free-shipping promotion applies only to destinations explicitly eligible for that offer at checkout. African destinations, including Sierra Leone, are excluded from free shipping, including after Africa shipping rates are activated.

Africa

Shipping rates for an Africa zone, including Sierra Leone, are being prepared but are not active at checkout yet. We will update this policy when those rates are available.

Delivery methods and indicative transit times

Shipping charges and eligible delivery methods are shown at checkout. For eligible orders dispatched from France, our configured methods indicate approximately 2 days for Colissimo delivery or 4 days for Mondial Relay collection in France; approximately 3 days for Mondial Relay delivery or 2 days for UPS collection in the EU; and approximately 3 days for FedEx delivery in the UK. These are indicative transit times after dispatch, not guaranteed order-to-arrival dates. Availability depends on your address and order weight. Contact alpha@stbwears.com for international timing or event deadlines. Pre-orders have separate dispatch estimates. Africa, including Sierra Leone, is not currently enabled at checkout. Order preparation time is additional to carrier transit time. For a dispatch estimate before ordering, email alpha@stbwears.com with the product, size and destination. Other international services do not currently specify transit times in our configured method names, so please contact us for an estimate. Carrier delays, weekends and customs clearance may affect arrival.

Dispatch and pre-orders

Order processing and transit times vary by product and carrier. Pre-order items show their estimated dispatch time on the product page. We will provide tracking when available.

Customs and import charges

Orders delivered outside the European Union may incur customs duties, taxes or carrier handling fees, unless those charges are included at checkout. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
